Customer Service Week - The History & Evolution of Customer Care!

Molly Neises, MAS, Sales

Next week marks 26 years!  In 1992, the US Congress designated the first week in October as “National Customer Service Week” and requested presidential proclamation in observance of this week.  On October 8th, 1992, President George H.W. Bush did just that and invited all Americans to observe the first week in October with appropriate programs and activities.

Maple Ridge Farms believes in Customer Care!  We take service and support one step further to strengthen the relationship between our team and our customers.  And many developments over the years have made it easier to connect with our customer base!  To kick off National Customer Service Week, we thought we would look back at those advancements.  Acknowledge the past – Appreciate the present – Prepare for the future!

Take a look at the timeline below. What advances are you most grateful for?  What technologies do you find the most productive?  Drop by our Social Media pages and share how you connect with your customers!

And with that great look back at the history and evolution of Customer Service, the team at Maple Ridge Farms would like to take a moment to extend a huge "Thank You" to all of our customers and  our team who have made the last 39 years (and counting) so memorable!
