2 Day Production Time Guidelines:
- Orders must be to factory by 12 p.m. CST.
- 2 Day Express Service refers to production time.
- Orders utilizing individual drop shipment directly to recipients or gift cards will be available for shipment 4 working days from factory's receipt of complete and accurate mailing list and order.
- Orders that require pad printing will be available in 5 working days from factory's receipt of complete and accurate mailing list and order.
- Orders that require full color imprints will be available in 10 working days from factory's receipt of complete and accurate mailing list and order.
- Orders must include complete details (including shipping information) that do not change upon receipt at Maple Ridge Farms.
- If proof is requested, production time begins upon approval of proof.
- Orders must be at least the catalog minimum quantity and not greater than published catalog quantities.
- Artwork or Digital Files not meeting factory's specifications will not qualify for Quick Ship Services.
